We seek to provide more than lessons alone. Our aim is to build sound knowledge, strengthen faith, develop good character, and encourage students to put what they learn into practice. Our approach is guided by the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah, with learning structured according to each student's level and needs.

Yes. Our classes are conducted online, allowing us to teach students from different countries and time zones.

Classes may be conducted in English, Arabic, Yoruba, Hausa, or Urdu, depending on the student's needs and the availability of a suitable teacher.

We currently offer Qur’an Reading, Tajweed, Hifz (Qur’an Memorisation), Arabic Language, and Islamic Studies. Each program has its own structure and learning objectives — see our Courses page for full details.

Yes. Beginners are welcome. Students are assessed according to their existing knowledge and ability and placed at an appropriate level. You do not need to already know how to read the Qur’an before joining a suitable beginner-level program.

We teach students from around age 5 through adulthood, with the specific age range depending on the course selected. Please see our Courses page for the age guidance given for each program.

Classes are conducted online using an appropriate video-conferencing platform. Students receive direct instruction from their teacher and are expected to participate actively during lessons.

The class format depends on the particular program and arrangement. Where applicable, students may receive individual attention or learn in a small group.

We try to accommodate students' preferred schedules where possible. However, class times are subject to teacher availability, time-zone differences, and the schedule of the selected program.

Yes. Every new student can book one free trial class. This allows the student and parent/guardian to meet the teacher, experience the teaching approach, test the online class setup, and determine whether the selected course is suitable before enrolling.

The student's age, previous learning, Qur’an reading ability, Arabic knowledge, and the requirements of the selected course are considered when determining the appropriate level. The trial class may also help the teacher assess the student's needs.

After the trial, the student or parent/guardian can discuss the teacher's recommendation and decide whether to proceed with enrolment. Once registration and the required payment have been completed, regular lessons can commence according to the agreed schedule.

We consider factors such as the student's age, learning level, selected course, learning needs, language, and available schedule when assigning a teacher. Our aim is to provide each student with a teacher suitable for their learning needs.

Requests may be made during enrolment and will be considered subject to the availability of a suitable teacher.

If there is a genuine concern regarding the suitability of a teacher, the student or parent/guardian may contact the institute. Each request will be considered based on the circumstances and availability of another suitable teacher.

Fees vary according to the course, lesson frequency, and duration. The applicable fee and payment terms will be communicated before enrolment. Students are expected to make payments according to the institute's stated payment schedule.

Where payment remains outstanding, the institute may restrict or suspend lessons until the payment issue has been resolved. Parents and students are encouraged to communicate with the institute promptly if they experience genuine difficulty meeting a payment deadline.

Refunds are subject to the institute's applicable refund and cancellation policy. Students and parents/guardians should review the relevant terms before completing payment.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons and arrive on time. If a student cannot attend for a genuine reason, the institute or teacher should be informed as early as possible. Repeated unexplained absence may affect continued enrolment.

Rescheduling or pausing may be possible where there is a genuine reason and sufficient notice, subject to the teacher's availability and the institute's scheduling policy. Repeatedly requesting changes without a genuine reason may affect the student's enrolment.

Consistent lateness or unexplained absence may result in a warning. If the behaviour continues without genuine justification, the student may be dismissed from the program.

There is no fixed period because every student's memorisation ability and circumstances are different. Progress depends on factors such as consistency, daily memorisation, revision, previous memorisation, available study time, and individual ability. Teachers will help students establish realistic memorisation and revision targets according to their level.

Parents/guardians are encouraged to remain involved in their child's learning. Progress may be monitored through attendance, assignments, class participation, memorisation, assessments, and teacher feedback.

Certificates may be issued for eligible programs upon successful completion, subject to the requirements of the particular program. Eligibility may depend on attendance, coursework, assessments, examinations, and other program requirements.

Parents/guardians are expected to support their child's education by ensuring regular attendance, punctuality, assignment completion, appropriate supervision, a suitable learning environment, and respectful communication with teachers and the institute.

For younger students, appropriate parental or adult supervision is strongly recommended. Parents/guardians should help ensure that the child joins on time, remains attentive, has the required materials, and participates properly.

Students should have a suitable smartphone, tablet, or computer, a stable internet connection, the required learning materials, and a quiet environment suitable for study.

Yes. Relevant registration forms will include a required confirmation checkbox. The applicant or parent/guardian must confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Rules & Regulations before the form can be submitted.

Depending on the nature and seriousness of the issue, the institute may issue a reminder or warning, impose an applicable penalty, suspend the student, or dismiss the student from the program.
